Amazing staff, made my husbands birthday trip exceptional, with a complementary upgrade, we couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was really good, had a lot of selections. Room service was great, only thing is that you have to pay by cash. Location is really good, right next door to a shopping mall, there is a private entrance for people who are staying at the hotel. There is alot of other restaurants close by all within walking distance. Medina and the Souks and the airport are 10 mins cab ride. Will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

The location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are really good. Very convenient being next to the shopping mall. The indoor pool was great, the kids really enjoyed that part when it was too hot outside. We stayed for 3 nights(family of 4) and overall our stay was great. The first room we were given had a really strong smell of sewage, we asked to be moved and thankfully we were give another room right away which was even nicer. It was my birthday while I was there and they kindly decorated the room for me. Special mention to Rita, Larbi and Ziad who were very friendly and lovely to chat with and also one of the chefs at breakfast who got me gluten free bread and cake each morning (unfortunately didn’t catch his name), they all really improved our stay. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast is amazing with many options and they have a huge Pool in the middle of the resort. The room was super comfortable and had a direct vie of the pool.

Fabulous hotel, great pools, clean property, most staff were really good. Breakfast spread was huge and delicious. Good selection of cocktails (costing about £15)

The hotel is very large, with a big outdoor pool and nice spots to chill out. The rooms were a good size and with nice bathrooms. The check in and check out procedures were efficient. The breakfasts were good and staff helpful - if a little chaotic at breakfast time, all being pulled all over the place (mostly by the managers, who were not really helping themselves). When the breakfast area got too busy there was a good overflow room to help with the congestion. There are bars/restaurants with spectacularly large TVs (good for watching sports etc.) The location is close to a small mall and supermarket and approx. 15 mins walk to the main square and bazaars. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

The big pool was amazing, a little cold but at least very big, clean and refreshing. There’s enough poolside beds to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. The hotel is right next to the Menara Mall with a private entrance as well, very convenient to grab some food or drinks. The Taxis to the City Center are affordable and easy to get. The showers are pretty good and the A/C is working perfectly.

The hotel was very good and in a convenient location with a supermarket and many restaurants a few feet away. The bedroom was good but the balcony view was disappointing with a street view. Breakfast was a vast choice and enjoyable. The pool was a very good size, a little cold but not very busy in October. The weather stayed in the 30's and air conditioning required in the bedroom. The room cleaning staff were very good and friendly.

Our suite was very spacious, with comfortable beds, a great view of the pool and everything we needed and more. The sunbeds by the pools were very comfortable tool and it never felt too busy, we always found a space. The gym had plenty of choice of high quality equipment and the indoor pools were very warm. All staff at check in, room service and restaurants were very helpful and friendly. Only a short taxi ride to the airport and into the Medina, with loads of taxis always available.

breakfast was incredible. there was so much variety of everything and they were making several kind of bread fresh. and fresh juices and smoothies. we had a two bedroom suite which was like a whole apartment with 2.5 bath. the regular rooms were nice too. they even had a weighing scale that helped packing suitcases. indoor pool and dinner buffet with live music at the outdoor pool. staff was very helpful with guiding us to places. Also an indoor mall is attached to the hotel
